Our home clinic is located in the beautiful area of Delta West. We are 2 blocks away from Gage Park and along major bus routes. Patients will have access to our private driveway for parking. There is also ample street parking in our neighbourhood.
Louisa is a registered massage therapist (RMT) and an honours graduate of the Ontario College of Health and Technology. She is trained in a wide range of manual techniques and is especially passionate about using acupuncture, Fascia Stretch Therapy, cupping, and remedial exercises to help her clients move and feel better. Louisa takes a holistic approach to treatment, believing in the importance of conducting thorough assessments to identify the root cause of discomfort rather than simply addressing symptoms.

Louisa Lai moved to Hamilton from Vancouver in 2020. She had worked as an early childhood educator for 10 years before deciding to transition into the field of massage therapy as a registered massage therapist (RMT). After relocating to Hamilton, she chose to change careers and returned to school full-time to pursue her RMT certification. In her free time, Louisa enjoys sewing, embroidery, and taking Latin dance classes with her spouse.
