This hybrid treatment utilizes medical acupuncture theory to induce physiological changes in the activity of the nervous system. It combines massage therapy techniques with Fascia Stretch Therapy, targeting the joints and soft tissues to reduce pain, improve motor function, and enhance joint mobility. This treatment is suitable for individuals dealing with acute injuries or chronic pain. **This is not a sheeted massage treatment. Patients will be fully clothed**. An initial 60-minute appointment must be booked for new patients. Subsequent appointment times are available in 60/45/30 minutes.

Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) is a table-based assisted stretching system that focuses on the fascia throughout the entire body. A typical session includes assisted stretching, neuromuscular techniques, and joint mobilization—all synchronized with breathing—to either upregulate or downregulate the nervous system based on the individual's specific needs. This approach is beneficial for addressing conditions such as low back pain, PTSD, postural dysfunction, and can also enhance athletic performance. An initial 60-minute appointment must be booked for new patients, with subsequent appointments lasting 60 minutes only.
