We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee for the first occurrence and a 100% fee for subsequent occurrences. Repeated late cancellations may result in discharge from our care, as consistent attendance is essential to providing the best treatment outcomes.

If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home, and we’ll do our best to reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you still provide as much notice as possible, ideally within the 24-hour cancellation window.

Any patient who demonstrates inappropriate or abusive behavior will be discharged from our care immediately and reported to the CMTO. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for any form of abusive conduct to ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
